Please read below to understand how shipping works for your order.


US Orders

For customers shipping directly within the United States:

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days

  • Standard delivery usually takes 3–7 business days after processing

  • Tracking details are sent by email once your order ships

  • Delivery times may vary slightly by supplier and destination

Some premium or specialty styles may take a little longer depending on supplier stock.


🇯🇲 Jamaica Orders (Mailpac / ShipMe / Freight)

For customers in Jamaica, please enter your US freight forwarder address at checkout.

Examples include:

  • Mailpac

  • ShipMe

  • Rocketship

  • Quickmail

  • Any valid US delivery address provided by your courier

How it works

  1. Place your order on our website

  2. Enter your US freight address at checkout

  3. Your shoes are delivered to your freight company’s US warehouse

  4. Your courier ships the package to Jamaica

  5. You collect your package from your chosen courier

Estimated timeline

  • Supplier processing: 1–3 business days

  • Delivery to your US freight address: 3–7 business days

  • Freight delivery to Jamaica: based on your courier’s schedule

Please note that delivery from the US warehouse to Jamaica is handled entirely by your selected freight company.


💵 Freight Charges & Customs

Charges from Mailpac, ShipMe, Rocketship, customs, or any other freight/courier service are separate from our store charges.

These may include:

  • package handling fees

  • freight charges

  • customs duties

  • GCT or local taxes

  • local delivery fees

These charges are determined by your courier and are the customer’s responsibility.


🚚 Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking email.

For Jamaica orders, we recommend using:

  1. Our tracking email to monitor delivery to your US freight address

  2. Your courier’s app or website to track the package to Jamaica


⚠️ Address Accuracy

Please ensure your US freight address is entered correctly, including:

  • suite number

  • mailbox number

  • customer ID

  • zip code

  • contact number

We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect freight account details.
