We’re here to make shopping for your perfect pair easy, whether you’re in the US or shopping from Jamaica using Mailpac, ShipMe, Rocketship, or another freight service.

🇯🇲 How does shipping to Jamaica work?

At checkout, simply enter your US freight forwarder address.

This can be your:

  • Mailpac address

  • ShipMe address

  • Rocketship address

  • Quickmail address

  • any valid US delivery address from your courier

We ship your order to that US address, and your courier handles delivery to Jamaica.

🚚 How long will my order take?

🇺🇸 US Orders

  • Processing: 1–3 business days

  • Delivery: 7 –14 business days

🇯🇲 Jamaica Freight Orders

  • Delivery to your US freight address: 7 –14 business days

  • Jamaica delivery time depends on your courier’s flight and customs schedule

👠 Do you carry wide-fit heels?

Yes ✨
Our boutique specializes in comfortable, wide-foot-friendly heels and extended sizes, including hard-to-find sizes 11, 12, and 13.

Many of our styles are selected specifically for:

  • wide feet

  • block heel comfort

  • church and convention wear

  • office and work use

  • weddings and special occasions

📏 What if I’m between sizes?

If you’re between sizes, we usually recommend sizing up, especially for closed-toe heels or if you have wider feet.

If you’re unsure, message us before ordering and we’ll gladly help you choose the best fit 💕

🔁 What if the shoes don’t fit?

We accept:

  • 🇺🇸 US returns/exchanges within 30 days

  • 🇯🇲 Jamaica freight returns/exchanges within 30 days of delivery to your US freight address

For fit issues, we strongly recommend size exchanges or store credit so you can get your perfect pair faster.

💵 Do I pay customs or Mailpac fees?

For Jamaica orders, any charges from:

  • Mailpac

  • ShipMe

  • Rocketship

  • customs

  • local courier delivery

are separate from our store checkout and are paid directly to your freight company.

📦 Do you offer free US shipping?

Yes 🚚✨
We currently offer FREE US shipping for orders over $75 which makes it perfect for Jamaica customers shipping to their freight forwarder.

💳 Do you charge tax?

At this time, taxes are generally not charged at checkout for our current shipping model.

For Jamaica customers, import charges and GCT (if applicable) are handled by your freight company.
