Returns & Exchanges Policy 👠✨

We want you to love your shoes and feel confident shopping with us. Because we serve both US shoppers and Jamaica customers using freight services, our return windows are tailored to each delivery method.

                                                                                                                                           

US Orders

For orders delivered directly within the United States:

  • Returns and exchanges: accepted within 30 days of delivery

  • Refund requests: must be made within 14 days of delivery

  • Store credit or size exchanges: available up to 30 days

Shoes must be:

  • unworn

  • tried on indoors only

  • free from scuffs or marks

  • returned in the original shoebox and packaging


🇯🇲 Jamaica Freight Orders

For customers using Mailpac, ShipMe, Rocketship, Quickmail, or any other US freight forwarding company:

  • Returns and exchanges: accepted within 21 days of delivery to your US freight address

  • Refund requests: must be made within 14 days of delivery to your US freight address

  • Store credit or exchanges: available up to 21 days

Because your package must travel from the US warehouse to Jamaica, we recommend collecting and checking your shoes as soon as possible after arrival.

Shoes must be:

  • unworn

  • tried on indoors only

  • free from scuffs or marks

  • in the original shoebox and packaging

Important note on freight charges

Fees paid to Mailpac, ShipMe, Rocketship, or any other freight company are non-refundable, as these are third-party services chosen by the customer.


❌ Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns for:

  • worn shoes

  • shoes with visible scuffs or sole wear

  • sale or clearance items

  • final sale items

  • custom or special-order styles

  • items returned outside the eligible return window


📦 Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your package with clear photos.

We will arrange one of the following:

  • replacement pair

  • store credit

  • refund

  • partial refund for minor issues


💳 Refunds

Once your return is approved and inspected, refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

Please allow 5–10 business days for your bank or card provider to process the refund.


💕 Our Recommended Solution: Exchanges

Because fit can vary with heels, straps, and toe-box width, we strongly recommend size exchanges or store credit for fit-related issues.

This is often the fastest way to get you into the perfect pair.
